RETURN & REFUND POLICY – Renueva™ StrongHer

At Renueva™, we are committed to providing high-quality products designed to support women’s health and recovery. This Return & Refund Policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (South Africa).


1. GENERAL RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The product is in resellable condition

  • You provide proof of purchase

Due to the hygienic nature of the Renueva™ StrongHer (a personal-use wellness device), we cannot accept returns of used or opened products, unless defective.


2. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In accordance with Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act:

If your product is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged upon delivery

  • Not functioning as intended

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months of purchase.

We may require:

  • Photo or video evidence of the defect

  • Return of the product for inspection

We reserve the right to:

  • Repair the item

  • Replace the item

  • Issue a full refund


3. CHANGE OF MIND / COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your purchase was made via online marketing or direct marketing, you may cancel your order within 5 business days in terms of Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unopened

  • Return shipping costs will be for the customer’s account

  • A reasonable handling/restocking fee may be deducted


4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used pelvic floor training devices

  • Products not in original condition

  • Items returned after the allowed period


5. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Refunds will be issued:

  • To the original payment method where possible

  • Excluding original shipping fees (unless the item was defective)

We will provide return instructions upon approval.


7. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping


8. MISUSE

This product must be used as intended. We are not liable for:

  • Improper use

  • Failure to follow instructions

  • Personal injury resulting from misuse
