SHIPPING POLICY – Renueva™ StrongHer

At Renueva™, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently across South Africa.


1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed

Once processed, your order will be handed over to our courier partner, Aramex Store to Door.


2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery time:

  • All Areas in South Africa: 8–11 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes

  • While we work with reliable courier partners, Renueva™ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, including Aramex

  • However, we will always assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible


3. SHIPPING FEES

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

  • Promotional offers (e.g. free shipping) may apply from time to time

All shipping costs will be clearly displayed before purchase.


4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number (where available)

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring availability for delivery.


5. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct

  • Someone must be available to receive the parcel

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, additional shipping fees may apply


6. FAILED OR RETURNED DELIVERIES

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Non-collection

You may:

  • Request re-delivery (additional shipping fee applies), or

  • Request a refund (excluding shipping and handling fees)


7. DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged or is lost:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photo evidence (for damaged items)

We will investigate with the courier and may offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund where applicable


8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship within South Africa only.
